Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has held his pre-match press conference ahead of Wednesday’s Premier League clash with Sunderland.

The German boss looked ahead to the game against the Black Cats, who he predicted would focus on being solid and direct after their troubles against Manchester City on Boxing Day.

Klopp also reflected on the adjustments his side had made since being humiliated at Watford before Christmas. He said his team had not suffered the same problems in their Boxing Day win over Leicester City.
