Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal praised his side’s performance and team goals in yesterday evening’s 3-0 win over Stoke City at Old Trafford.
But he said he didn’t think it was United’s best performance under him.
The Dutchman thought the only difference was that an early goal had eased the pressure and made it easy for them to go on to record a comfortable win.
Van Gaal was happy with his side’s finishing.
He also said that Juan Mata will continue in his preferred central role if he continues to perform as he has in the last couple of games.
