Liverpool owner's wife winds up Man Utd fans

Linda Pizzuti, wife of Liverpool’s principal owner John W. Henry, took the opportunity to stick the boot in to rivals Manchester United after their defeat at Sunderland today.

With the Red Devils slipping to a 2-1 defeat at the Stadium of Light in the lunchtime kick-off in the Premier League, Pizzuti took to her Twitter account to offer her congratulations to the Black Cats.

It was pretty obvious that Sunderland’s players were perhaps not the main intended audience of her tweet.
