Video: Arsene Wenger welcomes Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez back to the Premier League

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has welcomed former Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez back to the Premier League.

The Spaniard was appointed as Steve McClaren’s replacement as Newcastle United yesterday.

Wenger said Benitez is a top-class manager, although he also said that he rates McClaren very highly.

He went on to discuss the importance of values at a football club – the style of play and behaviour – in discussing how many managers Newcastle have got through during his tenure with the Gunners.
