Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte and his players have arrived at Stamford Bridge to prepare for this afternoon’s Premier League clash with West Bromwich Albion.

The top-of-the-table Blues host the Baggies in a 12noon kick-off. A focused Conte leads the group to the home dressing room in the video above.

The procession of Chelsea staff and players was interrupted by West Brom left-back Allan Nyom, who appeared to have left something on the team bus and got lost on his return to the away dressing room.
