Chelsea have completed their pre-match warm-up in the build-up to today’s encounter with West Bromwich Albion.

The Blues host the Baggies at Stamford Bridge in a 12noon kick-off and are seeking the three points that will ensure they end the weekend at the top of the Premier League table. The former leaders have been overtaken by Arsenal, who played yesterday.

Much of the attention during the warm-up focused on Belgian attacking midfielder Eden Hazard. You can see him jogging around and finding his passing range in the video above.
