Republic of Ireland fans clash with riot police in Poznan

There were a few arrests in Poznan ahead of the Republic of Ireland’s Euro 2012 opener against Croatia this evening. But judging by this photograph, most fans were in pretty good humour.

This pair reenacted an iconic Father Ted moment after riot police had been deployed.
