Kitbag.com‘s Euro 2012 lads give us a rundown of who wore what at Euro 2012. All available at Kitbag.com with 10% off and free Kitbag:id embroidery worth £10.

Wayne Rooney, England – Nike Total90 (Green)
He may have missed the first two group games due to suspension but this gave Wayne a bit more time to polish his Nike T90 boots and to find the perfect hairstyle to suit. A lovely set of boots we’ve seen on a lot of players at the tournament. Shame that header against Ukraine wasn’t with his foot. Still, he needed to show off what his new barnet could do.

Cristiano Ronaldo, Portugal – Nike Mercurial Vapor VIII
Whilst a bit frustrated in the first game, Ronaldo has really come into his own at Euro 2012 and proven he’s without doubt one of the best players on the planet. If not THE best. Also, he’s proven he’s still a big baby when things don’t go his way. Smart boots though…

Karim Benzema, France – adidas F50 Adizero
He may not have scored at Euro 2012 but Benzema sure loves to shoot, and honestly, who can blame him in these adidas F50’s. Give Karim the ball within thirty yards of goal and he’ll take a chance on it going in. It often didn’t, but he did work the goalkeeper a few times and set up two goals. A shame he didn’t find the net though.

Xavi, Spain – adidas Predator Lethal Zone (LZ)
One of the greatest creative midfielders of this generation, Xavi has once again excelled at the heart of the Spain team at Euro 2012, just like he did at Euro 2008 and the World Cup in South Africa. When it comes to a footballer like Xavi the type of boots he wears doesn’t much matter. He could play in Dutch clogs and still run rings around you. But these frankly great-looking adidas Predator boots (available with micoach technology) are one of the classiest boots on the market right now.

Mario Gomez, Germany – Puma evoSPEED 4
He really can’t stop banging them in at the moment. Bayern Munich’s Mario Gomez hit one against Portugal and then two against pre-tournament favourites Netherlands to make it three in the first two games. He may not have been on the scoresheet in Germany’s 4-2 drubbing of the Greeks but I wouldn’t put it past him to score at least one more before the tournament’s out.
