His move to Carrow Road is the latest in a series of loan deals for Wisdom.
The former England Under-21 international spent last season on loan at Premier League rivals West Bromwich Albion, where he clocked up 24 league appearances.
Most of those appearances came under Alan Irvine and Wisdom struggled for opportunities when Tony Pulis took charge at The Hawthorns.
He has spent time at Championship side Derby County in the 2013/14 season.
Wisdom has been on Liverpool’s books since 2008, when he arrived from Bradford City. The Bantams receive a fee every time the versatile defender plays for the Reds.
